- gBehavior will make a general presentation to a select group of management representatives ("the steering committee") from your organization. During this meeting, both parties will collaborate to determine the key areas within your organization where our methodology could achieve the most significant return on investment.
- Following a short period of analysis performed by the gBehavior team, we will design and build two key deliverables: (1) a detailed cost-benefit analysis for the chosen areas of the company and, (2) a proposed program template utilizing our proprietary methodology.
- gBehavior will then present a formal proposal to the Steering Committee regarding these deliverables. Our team will also address program roles and responsibilities, performance expectations, and a high-level timeline with key milestones for a program launch.
- If you agree with the findings of our analysis, then a contract is confirmed and gBehavior will designs a program for the remainder of the organization.
- A launch date will be determined and gBehavior will begin organizing a comprehensive program - from customizing the tracking to the incentives chosen for the program. We will also perform essential leadership training for your program administrators and managers during this phase.
- The program will be launched and GBS will make return visits to meet with management and review results.
