The visionary thought leadership of gBehavior is led by our two founders:
Don Doster
An entrepreneur with over 20 years of business development and leadership experience, Don started his career with the staffing firm Medical Doctor Associates, Inc. (MDA). At MDA, Don established the primary care, pediatric & emergency medicine divisions, and led these units to achieve more than $15 million in sales. With Allied Health Group, an affiliate of MDA, Don oversaw a team responsible for the placement of allied health care professionals, and grew the business to what is now over $20 million in sales. Don left the MDA group to become the President of Payback Systems, Inc. Under his leadership, the company grew from virtually nothing to over $6 million in annual sales. Don is established leader in the industry, and is widely regarded as an expert in incentive-based behavior management. Don has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Services from Elon University in Burlington , North Carolina.
Tim Robinson
Tim brings more than 20 years of operational, financial and human resources management experience to his role. Tim spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP - the last five as a Senior Manager. Tim has also served as the CFO of Tanners Restaurant Group, Inc. and Homecom Communications, Inc., both public companies. Tim has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.
